Refund policy

This policy applies to customers that purchase from the Sugar Daddy Coffee website and in person.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For merchandise orders, damage or misprinted items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the item. For coffee or tea items, damage or wrong items must be submitted within 15 days of receipt. Exceptions / non-returnable items

All of our coffee and tea items are perishable goods and are non-returnable. If you experience an issue with your order, please use the contact page to get in touch with us and we'll work to make it right. 

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not provide exchanges on items as all orders are custom made. If you place an order and discover that you ordered the wrong item, it may be possible to change the order prior to fulfillment. Please get in touch with us immediately so that we can attempt to change the order prior to fulfillment. Once an order is fulfilled, it can no longer be exchanged.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
  2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Because of this, we are unable to accept returns of any perishable items (health and hygiene reasons) and we reserve the right to refuse, at our sole discretion, returns of merchandise. Please contact us using our contact form to discuss alternative means of making things right. 

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please use the contact form to reach out to us. We will do our best to make things right. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If we determine that a refund is warranted and necessary, you'll be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please contact us if you have any questions.
