Shipping policy

This policy applies to customers that purchase from the Sugar Daddy Coffee website and in person.
Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We provide free shipping for most US orders of coffee and tea products. Shipping is provided via USPS 1st class mail but may also be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground depending on the amount of coffee and tea ordered. We do not provide expedited shipping options.
Premium coffee orders and merchandise are excluded from the free shipping offer and have prices that are calculated based on quantity and delivery location. Prices are calculated in the cart and are visible prior to purchase.
Order Processing Time
All of our coffee products are roasted to order. Once an order is received it is sent to our roasting facility for roasting and packing. This can take anywhere from 1-3 business days depending on the time of year. Once your order has been roasted and packed, orders are sent to the carrier for pickup, which can take another 1-2 business days. On average, coffee products will take 3-5 business days to ship as we do not roast prior to order. Once the carrier has picked up the order, it can generally take 2-5 business days to receive.
Similar to coffee, all of our tea products are packed and shipped to order. Once an order is received it is sent to our tea storage facility for packing. This can take anywhere from 1-2 business days depending on the time of year. Once packed it is sent to the carrier for pickup, which can take another 1-2 business days. On average, tea products will take 2-4 business days to ship as nothing is packed prior to order. Once the carrier has picked up the order, it can generally take 2-5 business days to receive.
Merchandise orders are custom created to order. Once an order is received it is sent to our merchandise facility for creation. This can take anywhere from 2-5 business days depending on the time of year. Once your order has been created it is sent to the carrier for pickup. Once the carrier has picked up the order, it can generally take 4-20 business days to receive depending on where the item is shipping.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once an order has been marked fulfilled (usually 24-48 hours after receiving the order). Please contact us if you need to make changes prior to fulfillment. Most items can be shipped to PO Boxes. However, we are unable to ship large quantities to a PO Box due to carrier restrictions.
International Orders
International shipping is available. Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery location. Please note that your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
